The manual of Agile projects

To Be “Agile” means sharing and continuous improvement.

The Idea of “Progetto Agile” is to promote the agile methodology, sharing the concept, the practical cases and the tools to apply the agile framework in the IT projects.

Shu Ha Ri Approach

According to the Japanese martial art learning approach, when we learn or train in something, we pass through three stages:

Shu (obey): we repeat the forms and discipline ourselves so that our bodies absorb the rules that our forebears created. We remain faithful to the forms with no deviation.

Ha (digress): once we have disciplined ourselves to acquire the forms and movements, we make innovations. In this process the forms may be broken and discarded.

Ri (leave): we completely depart from the forms, open the door to creative technique, and arrive in a place where we act in accordance with what our heart/mind desires.

In this website we will illustrate the theory of the Agile methodology plus practical cases of how it has been applied and adapted to the needs of each different cases, according to the Shu Ha Ri approach.
